Wingate by Wyndham Concord

Thank you for your feedback on your most recent stay at the Wingate by Wyndham in Concord. The juice machine was not working properly and because of your review I have had someone come to the property and fix the problem. Reviews from customers like you keep both the staff and management to keep on top of every issue from service issues to mechanical problems. In about three weeks we will be updating our current cable to all HD channels. I am not sure if more cooking shows will be provided but I know the number of channels will be extensive. I appreciate your time in reviewing the property and hope you will stay with us again when you are in Concord. « hide

Thank you for your nice comments about the property. I do apologize about having to move you from a standard room with two queen beds to our king suite. The hotel was overbooked by room types and several of our guests were upgraged to a suite. The couch did fold out to a queen size sofa sleeper. I hope the staff made you aware of the sofa sleeper when you checked in. I hope the next you are in Concord you will choose to stay with us. I truly apologize that you were not satisfied with the items provided on the breakfast buffet at the Wingate by Wyndham Concord. The brand does require us to provide our guests certain items everyday and for those guests that stay more than one or two nights it may seem repetitive. The breakfast attendants do a great job keeping the items stocked and the hot food hot. I have had several guests comment on the variety of the items and the service they received. In reference to the juice machine I have requested the vendor who provides the juice to check the machine to make sure it is not watering down the concentrate. The coffee is provided by a local company in Concord and I have reached out to our representative and asked for her to bring several different coffee choices for me to test out during breakfast. Thank you so much for your feedback on your most recent stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Concord Mills. I have to agree with your comments about the computers in the business center. I am in the process of getting them both upgraded to Windows 10 and will have our IT guy defrag the hard drives to make them faster. This past weekend other guests had problems printing our boarding passes and directions. I truly apologize for any inconvenience that this caused. I wanted to let you know that I am personally looking into getting these issues taken care of so other customers will not have the problems that you did. I hope that you will give us another chance to prove to you how important your business is to us. I truly appreciate your business and feedback. « hide
