“Shuttle Service Needs Improvement”

The front desk phone answering service needs drastic, improvement. Several times the phone rang, went to the operator and then rang again repeatedly still nobody answered. When they finally answered a Latino sounding man, was not too helpful at all. When I arrived at the airport on Monday Jan 7th, and called for a shuttle I waited outside for 40+ minutes, even though the hotel in less than 10 minutes from the airport. The front desk person didn't even notify the shuttle and verify their location so I could get picked up. I had to call back repeatedly to find out where the shuttle was, all the while standing outside in the cold. Finally when the shuttle arrived he drove right pass me and kept going, until I bammed on the back of the shuttle to get him to stop and not leave me. Once outside the shuttle he didn't say one word, and appeared like he didn't even want to put my bags in the shuttle. The Friday return shuttle ride was much better and I was informed that the driver from Mondays trip didn't speak much English. I would suggest that first impressions are very important if employees do not speak any English I would not have them picking up guests from the airport and driving them around, this is really pathetic customer service.
