“Room barged into at 12 a.m.”

We thought we would have heard something from the assistant manager that I spoke with Sunday when we checked out on the 18th but since I have not I'll let you know how at a little before 12 a.m. our door was forced open twice. I had locked the bolt and that stopped them. I called the desk and was told it was a mistake,sorry. I wanted an explanation and so dressed and found Alex(the night clerk) on the phone. He never got off the phone and never explained what happened,who had a key to our room,how it happen. He was sorry,It was a mistake,It would not happen again,nothing to worry about. He never was rude but this was a huge screw up and I wanted to be sure it wouldn't happen again. He seemed not concerned it the least. The assistant manager in the a.m. was nicer and I was assured that she would get some answers and speak to Alex. He needs training on how to handle complaints. I could not go back to sleep and we had just joined the Wyndham Club. Another couple we sent there that weekend found their door left open Friday afternoon. I am hot and I travel to Cary often because my son lives there, but I wonder how safe I feel in your motel now? I still wait for some response from management.V/S RBL
