“Disappointed with Service”

My room did NOT get cleaned on Saturday and the Manager was NOT interested in providing customer service. When I called about 5ish, she offered to clean it, however, I just arrived back from the day and wanted a nap. Then she wondered if she could do anything else for me?? Like what, I asked?? The next day when I was checking out the same Manager tried to avoid the situation and then finally told me that she needed to contact the Travel Agent cause the rates were "commissionable" and that it was their decision to give me a rate cut. She did not take ownership of the error at all and tried to make me feel bad because I didn't "take anything" that she offered the day before on the phone. So I once again explained to her that I was about to have a nap, that No, coming to clean my room at that time was not going to work for me. Anyway, it is Tuesday and nobody has phoned or emailed me about the issue as promised. I would not stay again only because this Manager chose not to take ownership and has not followed through with the fact that she said I would be contacted.
