“Neat and Clean”

This hotel was a clean, quiet place to stay. The individual at the front desk upon our arrival and departure was the same person and not friendly or willing to offer much help. However the individual that worked later in evening was very helpful, kind and a pleasure to talk with. The room was good, water pressure was good, and the beds were comfortable. The individual that worked the breakfast area was extremely rude and I actually avoided breakfast on the second morning b/c of her. Additionally I have had to file a complaint b/c our bill was incorrect. I was quoted one price for the room, clarified that price 3 times when making the reservation, then upon check-out was told the 2nd night was a higher rate. VERY DISAPPOINTING and I cancelled a reservation for next month due to the error. I do not appreciate feeling taken advantage of and the front desk only said they could not change anything and offered no apology. End result: Fine hotel with lackluster customer service.
