“Disappointed”; Nov 07, 2012 Joyce B, Tallassee; I have stayed in this hotel numerous times & have been 100% satisfied - until now. The refrigerator wasn't working upon check-in, a lamp on the wall would not work, the back light on the clock would not come on, there was no TV channel guide or hotel info booklet in the room, the carpet looked worn - not torn - just not fresh & clean, the safe was broken - door could not be physically closed. All these are small things that added up to overall disappointment.
