“Enjoyed our stay with only one complaint”

On our business trip we had two rooms. The were clean and comfortable. We chose the hotel for the location and the breakfast. During our stay the hotel had three large groups wedding party, lacrosse team and church group. Obviously there were lots of people at breakfast and the items were always running out. The attendant was very rude and appeared as if she didn't want to be there. We had to wait in line for coffee, milk and main dishes due to the crowd and when 10:00am came she was turning the juice off and pulling the items up. My son didn't even get to have a muffin. She was angry and mad at all the people. This situation during our trip made for a bad experience. With all the people there she should have given more time to get everyone served and allow for more coffee and a few other items due to the crowd. The hotel staff was aware that they were booking the rooms so they should have informed her so she could have prepared more food and been ready to serve the crowd. Which would have given her a better attitude I hope.
