“poor management”

Aluminium Foil in the scrambled eggs, your Business center couldn't print for 3.5 days, You have a "green" towel policy - but its not used (your basically lying about being green - its called Greenwashing). I suspect you are seeking a LEEDs rating - but stating a policy and not using it shows a lack of integrity. Staff running machinery past 10 pm in the hall. WHY??????I travel for business a lot - this is the worst experience I have had with a hotel.I understand that this is an lower cost hotel - but the reality is the items I described are managment culture oriented not facility condition issues.YOU NEED PROACTIVE LEADERSHIP and a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE CULTURE infusion. For example - Both printers in the business center out of toner at the same time and then when toner is replaced, they did not even bother to check the paper. Both printers were out of paper!My 19 yr old
