“Very Disappointed”

I would just like to say that I was very disappointed in my stay. For the rate that WW was charging for this weekend I thought that it would be a much better stay. 1st--the beds are worn and warped. This was one of the worst hotel beds that I had ever experience. My 2nd complaint is when we went to get ice there was NONE. When we asked the front desk where we could get some..,the excuse was ...they were SOLD OUT for the weekend and therfore there was NO ICE? Come on! Hopefully, your hotel prepares for sell outs often ..this is and unexcusable excuse for not having ice. Additionally, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door each morning (despite the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN) asking for our towels....SO NOT ACCEPTABLE...when I say DO NOT DISTURB....that means I am sleeping in...or do not want to be disturb. I answered the door for fear she would come in with a key. The hotel should plan for a sell out every night...and have towels in reserve to accomodate everyone for at least 2 days! I will say this however, the breakfast in the morning is what saved me from putting up a stink, it was great. Great variety and the food was tasty. I will just leave with this, IF Charlotte keeps hosting the CIAA, and you want to be looked at as a hotel to come to ....you need to really work on your hotel. We spend @ $650 for 3 nights at your hotel and I felt almost like I was at a Super 8 or a Motel 6. You must address these issues or Wyndham will be looked at as a side of the road hotel/motel dive.
