“Rooms nice, hallways beatup & rundown, front desk & management dispicable, and made my 2 week stay a 3 day stay.”

The overal hotel was ok although having stayed at the Hampton accross from it for two weeks prior and im currently bback there now, Hampton offers more, staff goes out of their way to make my stay nice, and is overall handsdown a much better place. The staff was rude, and when i had an issue after having my creditcard locked in a friends car i was able to pay cash over the weekend while the manager was gone and when she returned, she told me i could continue to pay cash, then an hour later told mw i meeded to pay the deposit in credit, and then and hour after that changed evwrything and said i had to put everything on credit and not pay cash aftrr i had been paying up front for days. I had aranged my stay w the manager for two weeks and ended up being told after i stated i was upset w how she and the front desk managwd the situation, that my late checkout was invalid and i couldnt even wait the 45mins for late checkour she demanded i leave immidiatly. lhave never been treated so poorly amd shocked as to how i was treated. Aftrr going back to Hampton(i origanaly had to leave for two days whwn they were sold out) Ive stated what a horrible way i was treated and everybidy including an old employee about all the horror stories from people leaving there and the ex employee is happier at Hampton making less money because of the management and staff their. i would think that when you are yards away from a competator you would strive to go out of ypur way to be a better hotel.the fact that manager didnt care how she treated me and lost thousands of dollars in revwnue on just my stay alone says so muchHamptons pool is heated, they have managers happy hour nigjtly, and tgey have a reasonably priced snack shop. they dont take full advantage of pepple needing little items. paying $4 for a single kids size serving of mac amd cheese whwre elseshere and at Hampton its $1, just an example. i plan to tell everybody i run into my experience there and would never recomend anybody spending hard earned( or corperate) money there. ever. thanks. 480-544-6026 shawna
