Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay with us. I am so sorry that your stay was less than perfect. The Wingate by Wyndham Sylvania is a non smoking facility meaning that we do not allow any smoking in any of our public spaces. However, we do still offer designated smoking rooms. We are in the early stages of renovation and once the renovation is complete, all of our guest rooms will be non smoking. Please know that our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and I am so sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your room accommodations. We take pride in our cleanliness and I am so glad that we are able to accommodate you with a very clean and quiet room. I am also glad that you enjoyed our hot complimentary breakfast. However, I am so sorry to hear that you had problems with the water temperature during your recent stay with us. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Thank you for writing such a nice review about our hotel and the charming town of Sylvania. We are so happy that you enjoyed the views from the hotel and that you were able to visit Sylvania's historic museum and take a walk on the new walking path near the hotel.
