“This is the worst hotel where I have stayed in years. The...”; Feb 10, 2013 Sarita B, Chicago; This is the worst hotel where I have stayed in years. The hair dryer didn't work, the clock was wrong ny 2 hours and could not be reset, the walls were stained with dirt, the paint was chipping, I could say more. When I returned from work staff members were smoking outside the entrance. I will never stay here again. On to the Hotel Bethlehem for a better experience next time

I want to take this opportunity to apologize for the problems you have experienced at the Allentown Wingate by Wyndham. Your experience with the Wingate was not the quality of service that we have promised to provide our guests. Our hotel promise is something that we strive to deliver to every guest every day. We are aware of the sitiuation that our hotel is out dated and we are in the process of fixing the issues you have mentioned with the rooms. I am also glad you have brought to my attention about the staff smoking I will make sure I take that up with them.
