Great stay as always. Housekeeping does a great job and rooms are immaculate. I come for the cleanliness and stay for the waffles.Front desk staff is always nice and helpful. I stay in hotels nearly every weekend. Always enjoy the Wingate. Manuella at the desk is great. She had some jerk customer fussing and raising her voice about not being able to check in at 1:30. Manuella just smiled, tried to help the customer and continued to get yelled at. Hope she cancelled her reservation and stayed at a Motel 6. I had to stand there and listen to her fuss because I needed to get a new room key. Was multiple minutes of fussing and voice raising on the part of the customer. Manuella maintained her composure the entire time and continued to attempt to provide next level customer service.Great job everyone.
