“Basic Training Graduation at Fort Jackson”

I reserved two rooms for my family so we could attend graduation at Fort Jackson for my oldest son. One room had mold in the bathroom. The carpets in the hallways of third floor were rippled as if they had not been stretched correctly. The security doors at the back of the hotel were not locked, therefore they could be opened at any time. The hottub was in disrepair. I paid cash upfront and my credit card was also billed. It took over an hour with the general manager to get this corrected. She seemed very incompetent. Even the guest attendant at the front desk rolled her eyes and seemed very frustrated with her because she did not know the system. I will not be staying at another Wyndham in the future and have contacted the people at Fort Jackson so they would not refer any other family.
