We are truly grateful for the kind words about our welcoming staff members and our wonderful, free breakfast buffet. While we appreciate the compliments, we are disappointed to hear that you experienced a few inconveniences during your stay. It is our goal to offer clean, comfortable hotel accommodations to each and every one of our guests and we are very sorry that we did not live up to those high standards on this particular visit. We sincerely apologize for the lack of hot water during your stay. We understand why this is so frustrating, and would like to thank you for your patience while we worked hard to fix the problem.
