“Nice stay.................except”

Everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable, location was near a busy road but far enough from the road to keep the hotel quiet. Breakfast was very nice and kept organized. The bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels on our wek long trip. It only takes one small item to give a place a black eye, even a small black eye. When we checked in a 3:00 I reported to the front desk that our toilet was not bolted to the floor. Someone could tip it over. The front desk clerk told me he would look into it. I heard nothing the rest of the day. The next morning I ask the desk clerk. She knew right off which room I was talking about and said that for some reason it was never bolted. It took that long to be reported??? She said that they were taking the room out of service. My only complaint was the first day the clerk should of have gotten back to me and tell me to be careful because they could not fix it right away or they had no other room to put us in. That simple response would of avoided a black eye.
