“After 12 hours on the road with our father who is 80 yrs...”

- After 12 hours on the road with our father who is 80 yrs and handicapped, he couldn't wait to get in the hot tub. That is why we reserved your location in the first place. Upon arrival , we were informed it was closed for maintenance. This was our first problem. Secondly his heater in his room didn't work, was 34 degree's, as we had ajoining rooms, he didn't want to change as it was later in the evening. Thirdly his bedside clock wasn't connected and he surely couldn't figured it out. Would you pay $100.00 for a room with no heat? We surely will not consider Wingate in the further, and as for the bonus points the clerk mentioned we yearned, we would have preferred the amenities that we were promised when we booked.
