However, I do apologize about the item you mentioned. I don't like those kind of surprises either! I want to reassure you that we have a contracted professional that routinely treats and inspects our entire facility. Additionally, I apologize about the use of our fitness center. The fitness center sign does state an official opening/closing time for that amenity; however, our front desk staff will open that room for adult guests at any time. We secure that room at night primarily for the safety of any younger guests. Once again, thank you very much for your review. « hide

As you indicated, our guests can use our fitness center anytime; however, we do secure it at night. Thank you for taking your time to review our hotel. We appreciate the five star review you gave us in the areas of service, sleep quality, and location. However, we apologize about your experience. A whirlpool would be nice after running a marathon. We do maintain a spacious, seasonal outdoor pool as noted on the website. In the past, we had a whirlpool at our property. We selected to discontinue its operation in February in lieu of an expansion of our fitness center in the near future. Our website was updated in February to reflect those changes.
