“great hotel”; Nov 27, 2012 Bryan P, Morgan; We love this place and stay often. There did seem to be a little more noise from above than usual, but the staff was great to work with us and help us switch floors which helped markedly. My wife also ended up with a couple of cold showers because the hot water ran out. I know it is busy but there ought to be enough hot water to handle high occupancy. We love that breakfast is included as it simplifies things, but we had 3 bad curdled milks this time. That is a little rough on the taste buds. The staff is always great though and work to improve things for us always,

I can't tell you how much we appreciate your repeat business. I am so sorry about the noise. I am so glad that our staff was able to get you moved to a quieter room. You are right, we have sufficient water heaters to handle even the busiest weekends. We have called a plumber to come and look at them to make sure that all of our tanks are running properly. I have also asked my breakfast staff to go through and check all of our milk...not a great way to start your day, is it?We appreciate the feedback of our repeat guests as it helps us to always improve.
