“No Housekeeping”; Nov 27, 2012 Christina O, Pleasant Grove; I was pleased with the room, the front desk staff, the breakfast. Our only complaint was that we did not have housekeeping clean our room at all during our stay. The front desk was good to give us new towels each night and more toilet paper the last night. They were very apologetic and wanting to help. The manager adjusted our bill when we checked out and was very kind and apologetic as well. It was frustrating and has me nervous to stay at Wingate again in the future.
