“this motel rates like a 2 star motel”; Dec 30, 2012 Dorthera T, Las Vegas; we stayed in a upgraded suite. the kitchen had a small ref. and a micriowave.nothing to to eat with or fix any food. the coffie maker was broken. the couch was hard to sit on and thier was no recliner. just a old office chair. the breakfast ended at nine amwould be more convenit to extend it to 11.00am When we left we had to take our bagsdown to our car. thier was no porter service..we are an older couple. the rates wereok but the room was very a striped down room no decorations to warm up the suit.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your comments about your stay. I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your experience. We do have a refrigerator and microwave in every room and a table and wet bar area in our suites. Since we do not offer cooking facilities we also do not have serving materials. I apologize if this is what you were expecting. I am also sorry that you did not enjoy the furnishings and decor in your suite. We generally receive great comments about our modern room appointments but we understand that everyone has different tastes. We are a select service hotel and to keep our prices so low there are some services that are not available. Full time bell service and extended hours for our complimentary full buffet breakfast are some of those. We try in cater to the individual needs of every guest and make special accommodations when possible. If you are coming to St. George again I would love to have the opportunity to make your next experience at our hotel a positive one.
