“HOTEL WAS NICE AT FIRST BUT NOT ACCOMMODATING”

- we had a very nice stay at this location. at the time of check in it was late and i did not receive a copy of my receipt therefore i was unaware that check out time was at 11:00 instead of 12:00 which is when i called to ask for late chk out. we were told that we could stay til 2:00 in the event we di we had no problem . however instead of them calling or speaking to us they proceeded to call the plice and we were putout and escorted by police a little after 1:00p . i was also advise that i was flagged from renting any of wyndham's locations which i find to be really harsh and unfair.
