“Noisy neighbor”

I have stayed here for years. When I made the reservation, I requuested a room at the back of the hotel. When I arrived I was told there were no rooms availble in the back. The first night the room next door was watching TV loud and until 3:30 in the morning. Tuesday morning I complained to the person at the front desk. The person said it wouldn't happen again. It happened again the next night. I had to call the front desk at 1 in the morning. I complained and I was told that the room next to me was used by airline crews and that they arrived and left at all times of the night. Why was put in the room next to this room? Why wasn't I given the room I had requested? If this haopens again, I will no longer be staying at Wyngate. Please respond and let me know how you intend to remedy this situation. Thank you.
