We appreciate you taking the time to provide your comments regarding your stay with us. I am pleased to see that you enjoyed staying with us and gave us a 4 out of 5 rating. The flooring is fairly standard for hotels. As a matter of fact, a lot of hotels these days are made of wood, where our hotel is constructed with steal beams and concrete. Usually an noise noticed is a sporatic issue, depending on the guest or guests walking down the hallway. If you would like to try another location when you return, please let us know and we would be pleased to accommodate you. Thank you for your suggestion regarding another waffle maker. I do like the suggestion, and will be checking into getting this implemented, depending on space and safety requirements. Thank you again for staying at the Wingate. Thank you for taking the time to write your comments regarding your recent stay with us. I am very displeased regarding your service at breakfast. I apologize for any lack of breakfast service you received. If it was in fact 9:40am. I agree, there should have been an attendant to bring out more food. Our breakfast is served until 10:00am and should be available to all guests until then. I generally receive only good comments about our breakfast service. I am not sure if the breakfast attendant was on an errand and not readily visible; but unlike some hotels, we do have a full-time breakfast attendant. I am bringing your comments to their attention to make sure this type of service is not repeated and that the front desk watches for guests coming down in the absence of the attendant. Thank you for the opportunity to address this issue. We certainly hope that your large comfortable room, value and general service will bring you back to stay with us again sometime. « hide

I apologize that you had problems when you called the Wyndham brand call center for reservations; but am pleased that you were able to stay with us. I apologize if you had issues with your remote control. We always carry backup remotes with fresh batteries on hand for such situations, and the front desk/maintenance is usually prompt in getting those for our guests. I apologize if for some reason this was not brought to our attention or responded to quickly. It is encouraging, though, that even though our property was unexpected, that you enjoyed staying here. We certainly hope it will be our pleasure to see you again soon at the Wingate by Wyndham when your travels brings you back to El Paso! All the best! « hide
