“Don't be late for breakfast”

The only reason I gave the hotel a 3 instead of a 5 is the breakfast. The "hot breakfast" is minimal in all aspects. One a Sunday morning they were out of items well before the time 9:30am cut-off and did not refill the breakfast bar. On a Saturday morning, although there were people at the breakfast bar attempting to get their bagels, cereal, milk, juice, etc., the attendant came by and turned the waffle maker, coffee pots, juice and milk machines off leaving several guests with no milk for their cereal and nothing to drink. In my opinion this is very poor hospitality. The line could be closed at 9:30am but you don't cut the people off who are in the process of getting their breakfast.Other than this, the hotel is very comfortable especially the beds.
