“Worst experience of the one day stay at this hotel. I...”

Worst experience of the one day stay at this hotel. I checked in on 4/15/2013. As I entered the room, I saw human waste left in the toilet bowl. When I flushed it, there was not enough water to remove it, and needed to do it twice. Called front desk for assistance, and the maintenance person came in & found the water feed valve was not full open. He made the adjustment to the valve & left the toilet bowl with rings of stains untouched. I also noticed the bed has pillows but without any blanket and cover, apparently the room was not ready for occupancy. I asked & received a blanket from the maintenance person. Due to personal emergency that I have to check out on 4/16/2013. I informed the rep at the front desk on 4/15/2013 of the early check out on 4/16/2013, and returned the rental car key that I have picked up when check in. I requested the rep to acknowledge the return of the car key since I have signed the contract for the rental car, I was given a piece of paper and was told to write whatever I wanted on it. I requested again that it should be acknowledgement by the hotel and it should note on the rental car contract in order to void the agreement. The rep responded saying "if that's what you what" and added "return car 4/15/2013" on the rental car contract. Her attitude is very unfriendly and uncourteous. My colleagues have a good laugh after I returned to office, but I'm sure what they will do when they have to find lodging when travel in future. The only good thing I appreciate that the hotel staff remembered to reserve for me ( I made the request) a taxi ride to the airport on 4/16/2013 early morning.
