“No warning”; Dec 20, 2012 James B, Chandler; I booked my reservation online and was completely surprised by the major construction going on in the Hotel. Bare floors, walls, no lobby and the front desk was a computer on a folding table. Desk clerk had no uniform or name badge. No breakfast served. Not what I expected. It would have been nice to be informed. I could have stayed for free with family and been more comfortable. Not a good experience.
