“great time”; Feb 21, 2013; I had a great stay and felt the hotel was clean. I was however, frustrated with the service at the front desk and their lack of knowledge about any hotel related questions we asked. The drain in our bathroom would not drain and i wondered how that was overlooked if they clean the bath tubs?

Our Housekeeping Department takes tremendous pride in how clean our hotel looks every day. I also appreciate your concern on knowledge of the staff.
