“Great location for the University”

Have stayed at Wingate before and will stay again. Nothing really exceptional. A little disappointed in a couple of things. Granted, I got to breakfast at 9:05. Picked up a muffin and went over to get some juice out of the machine. Wouldn't work. The breakfast attendant came out to put away the food and I asked her (with the cup in my hand, "What's the trick to getting the juice machine to work?" She said, "It's turned off. Breakfast is over." I walked to the elevator, then decided to come back. I asked her if it would be possible to turn on the machine so I could get a drink to was down my muffin. She turned it on. Wish she would have offered that the first time. Especially since food was still available to pick up. Another thing, when I checked out, I was never asked how my stay was. Just a simple "thank you" when I handed him my key cards. Not an exceptional day for customer service.
