“Great choice in a hotel”; Jan 24, 2013 Morgan C, West Friendship; I have now stayed at the Wingate several times and have always been pleased. The staff have always been extremely courteous,helpful, and very fast. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and quiet. TV programming is great. The only problem I had was with my most recent stay when our room had a severe lack of water pressure (it actually shut completely off in the middle of a shower). But it did come back and ended up being fine. It was easy to get a late checkout and the checkout process was easy and fast and again great customer service.
