“Upset with my stay”

Our first night at the hotel was met with loud noises coming from the room above us. We called to make the staff aware of this and was told they would check and take care of it. We never heard back from anyone and the noise continued to around 12:45 PM, needly to say we were wore out from the trip and now this. We were finall y able to go to sleep, but at 6:30 AM the noise once again started again. After our breakfast I went to the desk and filed a complaint and was given a 10% for that one night and I believe a very real and sincere apology for the night we had had and for the fact she could only give me what she did and gave me the number and told me to contact Bev King who is the manager. She didn't answer the call so I left a message for her telling her I was under the impression thet Wingate guaraneed a good nights rest for the money we were paying and told to please call me. That was five (5) days ago and I have heard nothing!
