“The worst experience I ever had!”

Upon arrival, I waited for over half an hour before anyone came to the front desk to check us in. After that I requested help with my bags since I have a serious back injury. The young woman at the front desk put our bags on two luggage carts and said "There you go." I told her I was handicapped and she expected my 8 year old and I to push them all the way to the elevator, go up 2 flights, unload them by ourselves and then return the luggage carts. I immediately asked to speak to the hotel manager and was told that there wasn't one on duty. I asked to speak to one at any time during our 3 day stay. Not one manager ever contacted me even after I asked again. The clock in our room was broken so we couldn't set the alarm. I requested a wake up call for the next morning. We never received the call and were late getting to my daughters dance competition. When I brought it to the front desks attention, I was told "I don't know what happened.". I never received an "I'm sorry." She offered me 10% off my bill which equated to $9. They could have kept the $9, which was not worth the stress we endured during our entire stay! I was told that I could request help with our bags upon checkout. When I requested the help I was told "I am the only one here so I can't help you." What about the maids or tons of help they had at the breakfast. I don't feel that I should have suffered in more pain than I am already in from my back injury due to the hotels lack of personnel on duty. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN! IT TRULY WAS THE WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
